Food has always been my first language.

Long before everything else - there was a table. Where love was expressed through flavors, and ingredients came straight from the land.

Then Naxos captured my soul - its land, its producers, its authentic flavor.

Here, I don't just cook. I bring everything I've learned, I've lived and loved on your table.

Food has always been my first language. Long before culinary school, before the restaurant, before Naxos — there was a table. A family table where everything began. Where love was expressed through flavors, and ingredients came straight from the land.

My path wasn't linear. An MBA, years in the corporate world, a restaurant in Thessaloniki built on Creative Greek Cuisine and Wine Pairing. Culinary studies at Le Monde. Sommelier training at Genius in Gastronomy. But every road led back to the same place — a kitchen, a garden, and real food made with care.

Naxos gave me everything I was looking for. Its land, its producers, its uncompromising relationship with authentic flavor — this island became the perfect home for Villa Eats. Here, I don't just cook. I bring together everything I've learned, everything I've lived, and everything I love — and I place it on your table.
